Position Summary:
The Director of Technology is responsible for developing and executing Straub Collaborative’s IT strategy and ensuring the efficiency, security, and scalability of our production and e-commerce platforms. This role also leads the integration of AI and automation, manages IT infrastructure, and oversees enterprise governance to support business growth and innovation.

The salary range for this position is $120,000 - $140,000, commensurate with experience and skills.
